Biography
Mr. Wylie is responsible for providing investment solutions to current and prospective Intech clients and consultants.

Prior to joining Intech, Mr. Wylie contributed his expertise at various firms, including Mackay Shields LLC, Newton Investments, Acadian Asset Management, and Barclays Global Investors, N.A. His most recent experience was as a private consultant working with clients in North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan.

Mr. Wylie received his MBA, with an emphasis in Finance, from Duke University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from Colgate University.

Mr. Armstrong is a key member of Intech’s Relationship Management Team, responsible for managing relationships with the firm’s clients and investment consultants, both within the U.S. and internationally. He works closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and investment strategies are aligned with their objectives.

Before transitioning to his current role, Mr. Armstrong served as a Client Portfolio Manager at Intech, acting as a liaison between clients and the portfolio management team. Prior to joining Intech, he was an analyst at Manulife Asset Management, where he conducted research and analytics on the firm’s equity and multi-asset class portfolios. Earlier in his career, Mr. Armstrong was a Senior Consultant at FactSet Research Systems, working closely with asset managers in the northeastern U.S. to support investment research and implement valuation and attribution models.

Mr. Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Investments and Corporate Finance from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Mr. Cardinali is a senior professional on Intech’s Relationship Management Team, responsible for delivering investment solutions to both current and prospective clients and consultants. He focuses on building and nurturing long-term partnerships, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that align with their investment objectives.

Before joining Intech, Mr. Cardinali was Vice President of Client Portfolio Management at Loomis Sayles & Company, where he managed relationships with over 40 large public fund clients. He also spent eight years at Hartford Investment Management Company, where he held various roles, including Senior Vice President and Director of Client Service and Relationship Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cardinali was a Senior Investment Consultant at Evaluation Associates, working closely with diverse clients on all aspects of their investment strategies.

Mr. Cardinali holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Connecticut State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Ms. Veilleux is a seasoned client relationship professional with extensive experience in investment management and business development. As a member of Intech’s Relationship Management Team, she focuses on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with consultants, prospects, and clients across North America, ensuring alignment with their investment objectives.

With expertise spanning investment disciplines and distribution channels, Ms. Veilleux is skilled at communicating complex investment concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders. She is committed to strengthening client engagement and expanding Intech’s presence by delivering thoughtful insights and tailored investment strategies.

Ms. Veilleux holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Suffolk University, reflecting her strong foundation in financial strategy and client service.
